What do you get
1. Fasting overnight (start fasting 10pm night before health screening), allow to drink clear water
2. No breakfast on the day of health screening, allow to drink clear water
3. If you are on regular medications, continue as directed
4. If you have diabetes, remember to "OMIT" your diabetes medication on the morning of your health screening.
5. Please bring along your jogging attire if you plan for treadmill run.
6. If you are scheduled for ultrasound abdomen, fasting overnight and before ultrasound (to distend gall bladder), Drink 2 large glasses of water 1 hour before your scan appointment (to distend the urinary bladder)
7. Pap smear can only be done three days after your last menses.
8. Refrain from sexual intercourse 24 hours before the smear
